Miri has been part of J&T Ventures since its inception, where she is responsible for payment processing and cash flow management. She has extensive experience in process management, team coordination, and operations within smaller companies. Previously, she served as Head of Operations at the fintech company XTB, where she was in charge of managing internal processes for the Czech and Slovak branches. For the past ten years, she has been overseeing the complete organization, logistics, and support for startup teams in the Nápad Roku competition.
